Loading dose 25-40kg = THREE capsules/tablets (e.g. 2 in morning, 1 in the evening) daily for the first 6 weeks of use over 40kg = FOUR capsules/tablets (e.g. 2 in morning, 2 in the evening) daily for the first 6 weeks of use Maintenance dose - Try reducing by ONE capsule/tablet daily every 2-4 weeks until the following doses are reached. If the problem worsens, the dose may be increased back to where it was helping. 25-40kg = ONE capsule/tablet daily over 40kg = TWO capsules/tablets daily (e.g. 1 in morning, 1 in the evening) PLEASE NOTE: A loading dose is recommended for the first 6 weeks, after which the daily dose can typically be reduced (see above).
Less severe joint problems may only require one capsule daily
